The Hurst Education Trust is a new and unique offering for schools within the Mid Sussex area. In partnership with the Diocese of Chichester, we are a Diocesan Multi Academy Trust and our vision, based on John 10:10 is at the heart of everything we do.

Joining the Trust provides for a number of significant benefits to pupils and staff within your school. In return for a management charge, which is set significantly lower than the normal range, we provide a comprehensive educational support offer together with a wide-range of administrative functions, including finance support, human resources, payroll, health and safety, data protection and more.

Pupils of schools within the Trust have access to the considerable facilities available at the College, including comprehensive sporting and academic provision. Existing staff gain access to a wide range of CPD opportunities in partnership with the College and, as a teaching school, the College, in partnership with Sussex University, is able to train and qualify teachers.

Schools joining the Trust retain their individuality, including their own vision and values, the school name and uniform. There is no ‘one size fits all’ model within the Trust.
